Pricing is per roof, per year, plus GST. Repairs are quoted separately — the program finds the problems; you decide how to fix them, with our documented evidence in hand.
- Essential — $2,000/year + GST
Annual inspection with infrared scan before any work. Documented roof condition report with photo evidence. Standing water past 48 hours flagged as an action item. - Professional — $4,000/year + GST
Everything in Essential, plus a second seasonal inspection, priority scheduling for repairs, and budget forecasting for your capital plan. - Premium Platinum — $6,500/year + GST
Everything in Professional, plus quarterly inspections, 24/7 emergency dispatch priority, and a dedicated roof file with full history, photos and moisture maps.
Infrared scan before any work, every visit
Every Roof Watcher visit starts with an infrared scan. Moisture trapped under the membrane shows up as a thermal signature long before it becomes a leak inside. You get the scan images, the photos, and a plain-language report — evidence you can take to your board, your insurer, or your capital planner.
