The Watcher is designed to transform commercial roofs into documented, managed assets:

- Inspection photos and condition documentation
- Evidence-based assessments
- Maintenance planning and repair tracking
- Preventive maintenance and recurring service contracts
- Long-term lifecycle management
Planned maintenance tiers: Essential — $2,000/year + GST, Professional — $4,000/year + GST, Premium Platinum — $6,500/year + GST. These are planned service-package prices; repairs are quoted separately.
3. MastersCodex — The AI Control Architecture
The R1 Control Plane governs permissions, workflows, evidence, and execution. AI provides the intelligence, while authorization and accountability remain independently controlled. Forty specialized worker modules operate under one control plane — none of them authorize anything. Final authority stays human: “AI works, humans decide, and every step leaves evidence.”
