THE SYSTEM
Built up in plies, welded into one.
Two plies of SBS-modified bitumen — base sheet plus mineral-surfaced cap — fused by torch into a monolithic, watertight membrane.

Torch-welded seams
Each seam is fused with direct heat, bonding cap to base into a single continuous waterproof layer.

Multi-ply redundancy
Base sheet plus cap sheet: if one layer is ever compromised, the second keeps the building dry.

Substrate cleaned, primed and detailed. Flashings, drains and penetrations addressed before membrane goes down.

Base sheet torched down, then cap sheet welded seam by seam with consistent, fully-fused laps.
